Fettuccine Alfredo with Bacon

Yet another quick and easy meal. After reading the ingredients and directions, I opted to include about 1 tablespoon of low fat cream cream. In all the other Alfredo recipes I've made, there's usually some cream cheese. It adds a level of creaminess that a straight bechamel (white sauce) doesn't usually have with Alfredos.
It needs more Parmesan. It didn't quite have that Alfredo taste to it. It also needed some salt, because I didn't add what was called for in the recipe. I don't usually add the salt called for in the recipe... We used more bacon than what was called for. Of course, I couldn't just use 2 slices for the 2 of us. What can I say? We love bacon! Who doesn't?
We tossed the sauce with the noodles, but it dried up real quick. If you're going to reheat it, I would add some more milk or maybe some FF cream to return it to a "sauce." I think the next time we make this I will add some peas.
