Quick Pastitsio

Yeah, I'm just about convinced I DO.NOT like pastitsio. I think this is the second recipe I've tried...and nothing. Just don't like it.
It's bland. It's dry. It's pretty much tasteless. This is the same family as the beef and cheese noodle bake I made a few years ago. It has potential, but it would probably be an entirely different dish when it was finished.
I won't make this again without some serious reformatting...and probably won't make another pastitsio recipe again.
